Neodymium Pot Magnet N40 Ø25 × 7 mm, M5 Thread: more strength with M5

This neodymium pot magnet with a diameter of 25 mm and an M5 internal thread offers more contact surface than the smaller models and takes stronger screws. A good choice when holders need to carry a little more.

Application ideas

  • Workshop holders for cables, hoses and lights
  • Signs and displays on steel walls and shelves
  • Hooks with an M5 thread for bags and tools
  • Temporary fixtures at trade fairs and events

Holding force

Approx. 14 kg per magnet. Safety information

  • Not a toy and not suitable for children under 14. Swallowed magnets can attract each other inside the body and cause serious internal injuries. If swallowed, seek medical help immediately.
  • Separate magnets carefully and do not let them collide uncontrollably: risk of pinching and of the coating chipping.
  • Keep a distance from pacemakers and other electronic implants.
  • Keep away from data storage media, bank and credit cards and sensitive electronics.
  • Do not heat above approx. 80 °C, otherwise the magnet permanently loses strength.

Safety information: Not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14, keep out of the reach of children. Swallowing hazard: swallowed magnets can attract each other inside the body and cause life-threatening injuries. If swallowed, seek medical help immediately. Pinching hazard: magnets snap together abruptly, keep fingers and skin out of the way. Splinter hazard: do not let magnets collide, they can break and form sharp splinters, protect your eyes. People with pacemakers or other implants: keep a sufficient distance. Keep away from electronic devices, data carriers, bank and credit cards and hearing aids. Stated holding forces are laboratory values, do not attach loads above people. Do not drill, saw or grind (risk of breakage, grinding dust is highly flammable) and do not heat above 80 °C. Nickel-plated surface: if you have a nickel allergy, avoid prolonged skin contact.

Frequently asked questions

How strong is the magnet?

The pull force is approx. 14 kg per magnet. This is a comparison value for magnets of the same shape, size and grade under vertical pull. On thin sheet metal, painted surfaces or under sideways load, every magnet holds considerably less.

Which pack sizes are available?

2, 4 and 10 pieces.

What is the internal thread for?

With the M5 internal thread you can screw the pot magnet onto hooks, eyelets, screws or brackets with a matching thread.

How heat-resistant is the magnet?

The maximum operating temperature is approx. 80 °C. Above that, the magnet permanently loses strength.

What should I keep in mind with neodymium magnets?

Not a toy, not for children under 14. Keep away from pacemakers, implants, cards and electronics. Strong magnets can pinch fingers or chip when they snap together.
