Retrieval magnet made of neodymium N52, Ø90 mm with M10 eyelet, nickel-plated. Pull force up to approx. 340 kg (lab value), for magnet fishing and recovering metal from water.

Neodymium Recovery Magnet N52 Ø90 mm, M10 Eyelet, 340 kg: the powerhouse for magnet fishing

This N52 neodymium recovery magnet has a diameter of 90 mm and an M10 eyelet. The steel housing concentrates the magnetic field downwards, creating the high holding force directly at the contact surface. Ideal for magnet fishing, but also for the workshop and warehouse.

Application ideas

  • Magnet fishing in rivers, lakes and canals (observe local rules)
  • Recover lost tools or keys from shafts and pits
  • Workshop and warehouse: collect metal shavings and small parts
  • Search and retrieval tasks in hard-to-reach places

Technical data

  • Shape: Recovery magnet (pot magnet with eyelet)
  • Dimensions: Ø90 mm, height approx. 60 mm (with eyelet)
  • Thread: M10 (eyelet)
  • Magnet grade: N52
  • Material: Neodymium iron boron (NdFeB)
  • Coating: Nickel-plated (Ni-Cu-Ni)
  • Holding force: up to approx. 340 kg (vertical pull, laboratory value)

Holding force

Up to approx. 340 kg per magnet. This is a laboratory value under ideal conditions: a clean, thick steel plate without paint, full-surface contact and a vertical pull. On painted surfaces, thin sheet metal or with a sideways pull, the actual holding force is considerably lower.

Scope of delivery

Available as a single item. The ruler, pen or coin in the product images are only for size comparison and are not included. The quantity delivered is the selected pack size multiplied by the number ordered.

Safety information

  • Not a toy and not suitable for children under 14. Swallowed magnets can attract each other inside the body and cause serious internal injuries. If swallowed, seek medical help immediately.
  • Separate magnets carefully and do not let them collide uncontrollably: risk of pinching and of the coating chipping.
  • Do not use for lifting loads or people; the magnet is not a lifting device.
  • Keep a distance from pacemakers and other electronic implants.
  • Keep away from data storage media, bank and credit cards and sensitive electronics.

Safety information: Not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14, keep out of the reach of children. Swallowing hazard: swallowed magnets can attract each other inside the body and cause life-threatening injuries. If swallowed, seek medical help immediately. Pinching hazard: magnets snap together abruptly, keep fingers and skin out of the way. Splinter hazard: do not let magnets collide, they can break and form sharp splinters, protect your eyes. People with pacemakers or other implants: keep a sufficient distance. Keep away from electronic devices, data carriers, bank and credit cards and hearing aids. Stated holding forces are laboratory values, do not attach loads above people. Do not drill, saw or grind (risk of breakage, grinding dust is highly flammable) and do not heat above 80 °C. Nickel-plated surface: if you have a nickel allergy, avoid prolonged skin contact. Magnet fishing: do not touch any ammunition or suspicious objects you find and call the police immediately. Observe local regulations on magnet fishing.

Frequently asked questions

How strong is the magnet?

The pull force is up to approx. 340 kg. This is a lab value under vertical pull. On thin sheet metal, painted surfaces or under sideways load, every magnet holds considerably less.

How do I attach the rope?

To the M10 eyelet on top. Use a rope with sufficient load capacity and check that the eyelet is tight before each use.

What should I keep in mind with neodymium magnets?

Not a toy, not for children under 14. Keep away from pacemakers, implants, cards and electronics. Strong magnets can pinch fingers or chip when they snap together.
